    Gaia Turmeric Supreme Joint Compound

    I have terrible arthritic knees. Since long-term reliance on naproxen or ibuprofen is not good for one's kidneys, I started a course of Turmeric Supreme (3 daily) on the recommendation of a doctor specialising in work/sports injuries. The capsules worked great for a while, swallowing fairly easily, but after a few weeks on them I had to resume short sessions of standard NSAIs. For milder joint pain these are fine; for something probably (as in my case) requiring surgery or at least hyaluronic acid injections, not nearly strong enough. I'm getting a referral to an orthopaedist next week.

    inflamation almost gone

    My shoulder inflamation was reduced to 10% of what it was within 3 days. I am amazed. Shoulder was in pain for almost a year with limited joint movement. NOW I can reach for the sky and behind my back. Ya. Already told my other family and friends about this brand.
