Seemed like they make a label for pkg for tracking but don’t ship til days later. But did receive product without much delay. Packaged laid at post office over the weekend and I was worried about the strawberry bare roots being dry or dead. But I can say the plants were professionally packed and roots still wet and plants looked great and healthy. So I was pleased with my purchase and would buy from them again. Recommend.
