The item was late and it did take a while for the seller to respond to messages. It wasn't until I asked them to let me know if they cannot send it and I should ask for a refund, did the item get shipped. I was very pleased with the condition upon arrival. I bought used at a very reasonable price, but it looked like a brand new item. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.
