Great product
I love the liquid melatonin because it doesn't have to go through my whole digestive tract to work, it just goes under my tongue and quickly absorbs into my blood and I'm sleepy in 30 minutes. Walmart doesn't even have liquid melatonin right now so I'm grateful to be able to buy this product even if it was a little more expensive.
