Seller went above & beyond when it arrived with an issue, and they get full points for providing the solution & support to help me take care of it. 1st day using the excavator was nerve racking due to unfamiliarity, but after re-reading the operator's manual, I was able to use the back fill blade to level a significant dip (where I drive) near my garage & then used the bucket to pull 6-ft tall sagebrush that are rampant on my acreage.

The unit was shipped in z wooden crate that was built strong. It took s while to ungrateful it gut there was no damage to the machine. I think after I operate it a while Ill get better. There was a little mix up with shipping but the seller took care of the issued. They seem to want to do what's right and will work with you. I recommend the seller .

They contacted me quickly and regularly throughout the process. They responded rapidly and very helpfully to all of my emails. Their shipper was also a delight to work with, delaying the delivery at my request because I was away and delivering the lathe exactly when they said they would. The package was received in very good condition and the driver was extremely helpful. The lathe is in excellent condition.
