Arrived as described. Came with a Fanny pack belt and crossbody strap. Nicely packaged, fast shipping, great deal. I have a cream colored one that was getting dirty so this one is a great replacement. Not sure if the shipping cost is fair, I guess. I didn’t weigh it and check the price. Seems okay.
