I have not installed it yet, but all the parts were accounted for and in perfect condition. The shipping was very quick and on time. The seller offered a cheaper price that I had not seen because of email problems, I requested that price after my purchase and the seller honored it. Item was packaged securely and delivered just as promised. This is a Home Depot ceiling fan I'd been considering, but the seller's price was, by far, much lower. They were very helpful when I questioned the downrod I needed, and I did find it at a nearby Home Depot store. I'm really looking forward to having the fan installed later this week.
