Item not as described. I printed the return label and took my package to drop-off point at at Ace Hardware. Seller says he never got the package back. Spent hours trying to convince Ebay that carrier apparently lost the package.
Ebay reps repeatedly expressed their sympathy but refuse to take action or refund my money. I will shortly be closing down my Ebay account. I have a few more items to buy and then GOODBYE EBAY! They are more concerned with sellers and carriers than long-time customers
