I consider myself somewhat of an expert on memory foam beds in a box. I've owned about 8 in the last 17 years. This mattress is as advertised. It is firm. Which is what I was looking for. You can't beat the price and it is NICE! I have a mattress pad on it that is very minimal. That makes it Just right. For me. I have a king size and a full size of these. Lucid is a reputable mattress and you can't beat the price. Highly recommend!

The delivery was extraordinarily quick!
Plus I had delivery issues solved in very quickly as well.
I had a concern with my product being delivered to the wrong house and with a picture of the delivery at some random door.
I contacted the seller and I was told it would be resolved either with redelivery or refund and to wait a day.
After a day my package was delivered even after that entire issue the seller was very good and went out of their way to help make sure I get my package.
