At any rate, this item was sold, but the sale was cancelled due to a manufacturing defect. But, this was not the first sale and cancellation of this item to multiple buyers. Seller should have removed the listing. That being said, they did do their duty to inform and provide answers, as well as remove the listing, so they deserve high marks for that.
