Though a good value, absolutely no access to firmware (ROM) for to restore or upgarde this expensive device. Why use Geek Squad when they barely know what they're doing and charge $$$ to tell one what is already known?

This is a excellent tablet for a sub 100.00 even has 5gz band.... and my acer I paid 109.00 doesn't even have 5gz the screen is decent the power and volume buttons take a little bit to get used to location in middle on the side. why most cases don't work on this brand but over all I'd buy this over acer ,next book, RCA, if I had a choice

Good screen, thin & lightweight, Android 5.0.1, so so cameras, wireless ok, not real fast but not too slow, same size as IPad mini but far lower cost. All in all, decent tablet.

Great kids tablet!
I liked the specs as a tablet for my 6 yr old to play Minecraft PE on, specifically. After receiving and checking it out I was pleasantly surprised. Not too much bloatware, Minecraft PE works great and I was even able to put YouTubeKid's and a handful of other games on it for him....all work wonderfully and the resolution is actually great - you don't look at it and say "dang that sucks".
