I was a little worried about ordering such an expensive item via Ebay. I didn't need to worry. This is a VERY good Ebay seller. The mattress was exactly as described. It came sealed in a plastic bag and then in a very substantial cardboard box and on a pallet. The shipper was great. Both the seller and the trucking company provided very good communication. I love tempurpedic mattresses. This mattress is perfect. Thank you for being such a great Ebay seller!! I recommend them!

Mattress arrived well wrapped, in new condition as indicated. Seller was fast to respond to all messages / inquiries sent regarding shipping process. Great savings over local mattress shop or official website. Quality is as expected - basically appears new wrapped in plastic, no scuffs or signs of previous use. Would recommend this seller to others. This is not white glove delivery, so be prepared you will need strong friend to help bring mattress inside and setup. A+ satisfactory experience.
