After waiting 3 weeks instead of 5 days for it to arrive to me, the product doesn’t work. Now I requested to return the product and they provide me a label However this item is already with the postal service usps and about 3 days later I notice I still haven’t got my refund and come to find out there is a issue with the labe. Usps gave letter notarized stating issue
