I ordered this item. Then got a message from the seller that he couldn't do shipping on the stamp. Next message was that the order was cancelled. 15 minutes later, the stamp was relisted at a higher price. I contacted Ebay on it. The reason that he couldn't do cheap shipping was that he listed the stamp under the Sheets category, but even with that not working, just send the stamp to me via a stamped envelope. Don't cancel...and especially don't raise the price upon relist. You broke a contract.
