these were sealed cards straight from the manufacturer. additionally, you opened a return over one week after the items were delivered. for these reasons, your return request was denied.

I ordered 2 of the same card from this seller for the specific reason that he had multiple of the card. 1 of the cards should have never been sent (see photos). I contacted seller and they did agree to refund. We didnt agree to refund amount. They refunded $10.73 out of an order that totaled $25.82. Why did you send the card in the 1st place.? This whole transaction has been far more time consuming than worth it. I will not be doing businesss with them again.
