Seller took weeks to respond to my email. When they did - offered refund for the item minus the shipping costs - C $103.89. Contacted eBay on Dec. 4 and Dec. 13, 2023, told via chat that I would receive a manual refund and to expect on Dec. 18'23. If I didn't receive by then, to follow up. On Dec. 20'23, contacted eBay via phone, and told that the manual request for a refund was denied. I was not notified. Told that I need to contact the seller for the refund (i did so) and to leave feedback.
