Well the seller is a very dishonest person, I accidentally bought the item due to a mistake. I got in touch and asked him to cancel so he wouldn't send it, but he still pretended not to listen and sent the item after the item arrived, I sent it back and had to pay more than 12 pounds for shipping due to having tracking. And he said he will not refund me the shipping refund knowing that this was not my error it is his error for sending the item I asked not to send.

Liefertermin wurde nicht eingehalten. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass die Lieferung bei DHL verloren gegangen sei. Die Ersatzlieferung enthielt dann nicht die bestellte Federgabel, sondern eine Andere. Eine Rechnung habe ich nicht erhalten. Auf meine eMail wurde erst reagiert, als ein EBAY-Fall eröffnet wurde. Die Rückgabeanfrage wurde akzeptiert, aber ein Rücksendeetikett habe ich nicht erhalten. Ich habe dann eine Etikett von EBAY erhalten. Die Rückerstattung erfolgte aber umgehend.
