The item purchased was an expensive machine, but the seller shipped the item with minimal protective packaging. The item was either damaged during shipping or previously damaged and not listed as such. The seller was minimally responsive and did not honor the return. I had to ask eBay to step in for my refund was issued. What a waste. If you're going to ship expensive machines, they should be packaged as such. I've seen dog toys shipped with more protective packaging than the seller used.

Apologize if any of this is true and accurate. The item was shipped properly with protective bubble wrap. There was no damage prior to shipment. We are still waiting for the item to be returned by the buyer. Until that happens cannot verify these complaints. Would advise extreme caution doing business with this buyer.
