Item was NOT packaged right for shipping. It was placed in a box with a thin clear piece of plastic! A thin piece of foam and piece of bubble wrap. It was a 3 piece GLASS unit. Dish inside arrived in 100 pieces. Glass scratched the lid and the electric base. Seller offered to refund 100% if I shipped everything back OR I could keep it & get 50% refund! I declined on 100% refund because I didn't want to ship broken glass & pay for shipping again!

This item was well packaged with Bubble wrap and foam. The damage to the item was without question due to rough handling during shipping. When notified of the problem I immediately offered the buyer a full refund, Return shipping would have been my responsibility.. The buyer indicated a interest in retaining the un-broken components. I thought the matter was resolved to the buyers satisfaction.
