I purchased 2 Free People dolly dresses size small in black, I know the dress well and have several colours.The sellers one has a fixed waist at 28 inches (no stretch) my others stretch to 34 inches, a problem as it has to be pulled over the head to get on. These are faulty and would need to be professionally altered to be wearable. Seller offered $15 compensation for 2 dresses? Then asked they be returned I assume to resell? Please be aware these dresses are faulty! Comparison shown in pictures
