They shipped FedEx so FedEx scheduled a delivery and had me do a email signing and said no one had to be there to sign or help unload then FedEx called me a day or two later to inform me that they can’t deliver it because there driver said it was to big and heavy and also there lift gate won’t work for this size item and told me that I have to come pick it up and that it is an hour away so I did and informed the seller but nothing has happened and getting no response

The shipping was set up to ship to your addressw and be unloaded by you. You took it upon yourself to have it changed with Fedex to a liftgate delivery without me knowing and that you did not request from me or pay for. If you would have ask me for a liftgate I would have told you it was to big for it. So bottom line is that you messed up the delivery and then want me to reimburse you for your travel time when it was not my fault?
