Ordered two bike stands, one after the other. Both arrived damaged. Seller claims damage occurred during shipment. That's possible, who knows. Packaging was inadequate to protect product. After first damaged stand arrived, I offered to buy another at reduced price and stipulated the price I would pay. Seller did not honor my request and charged me more.
