    easy installation and works great.

    I was looking to replace the rear bumper on my Chevy 2014 truck with an aftermarket which has a step in the bumper, but the cost was horrible. I found the AMP bumper step and ordered it, it was easy to install and did not have to spend all day removing a bumper and installing a new. Total installation time was around 45 min due to my messy shop and only required to remove 2 nuts and install the bumper step on the bolt location. Operation is easy just flip it down to use and when done push up and it stays retracted.

    Well worth the money!

    Excellent product and design. It drops and retracts w/ little force. Spring loaded but not a bear trap. I'm 230 lbs and I don't feel like I'll break or bend it. Wish they made one for the passenger side I'd get one for there too. I'm in and out of the bed of my truck too much to not have it as the new work truck is a touch too tall for comfort. Money well spent!
