shipped in 5x7 envelope with no cardboard for protection and corners of brochure are slightly damaged. enveloped needed some cardboard to protect the contents. item shipped regular mail with no way to track so just had to guess when it would arrive. but for the price was a fair deal considering the others on sale by others sellers. can't give but 3 stars on shipping since no way to track and just had stamps like regular mail
