    Excellent Phone with a myriad of features

    I bought this in order to utilize the Galaxy smart-watch I have more completely. The S20 was an upgrade over the Oneplus Nord 10 I had been using for a few years. This phone is faster, has a better, clearer display, takes better pictures, is lighter, smaller and works almost flawlessly with my watch. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the battery life is only 2 days. The Oneplus lasted for 5. Also finding a decent case with a screen protector has been more difficult than I would have thought.

    Very disappointed

    I regret buying this cell phone. It has numerous issues: The screen freezes frequently. Apps open and close on their own. The screen is not very responsive. I couldn't set a password because it keeps freezing. I often have to restart the phone to make it work. The battery drains very quickly. I already sent it for repair once due to these problems and an additional audio issue, but it still malfunctions. This purchase has been a complete waste of time and money. I am very disappointed and will be returning it.

    I was a little underwhelmed with the phone size and the phone itself. The camera is great it has some good features but some I'm still learning some I don't like. such as if you have a contact with multiple numbers you can say send a message to the default unless you go in and change it
