Seller has the item as unlocked and it's not. I've contacted them before I left this review to see if maybe they would find a solution but they have been defensive rather than trying to find an amicable solution. Anytime I buy a phone that has this description it never gives me issue with unlocking; all devices that I purchase I sent to Belize and works but BUT THIS ONE! Now it will cost me $50 extra to have someone bypass the unlock and get the phone working.

My item was new in the box sealed as advertized. phone although was great it had a factory defect in the 3.5 mm earphone jack (I think)no sound left channel. I contacted the vendor and received a return shipping tag. the vendor keep in contact via email and text until they received the item. received a refund as stated. Item arrived quickly but was not quite what I understood I was buying (wrong service). This was partly due to my lack of understanding that a cell phone cannot use more than one cell phone provider. That was how I read the item description. After I realized this and contacted the seller they were very understanding, and helpful in enabling me to return the phone for a deposit. Excellent seller!
