The item was not as advertised. The case was too small for my keyboard. The seller has refused to allow me to return the item and exchange a correct size case from them. I was just asking to exchange for a correct size case. All I received from the seller was the case was closed with no other explanation. As a long time ebay buyer, this is transaction is unacceptable and does not meet my standards.
