    Excellent quality - an amazing dollhouse!

    Absolutely beautiful product truly a dream house excellent quality- sturdy , wooden design spacious design - furniture actually fits beautiful designs on walls , floor, etc. elevator goes up and down smoothly pool is removable to fill with water sturdy attractive furniture my 9 year old went crazy over Santa's gift and so did her friends highly recommended ! and a great price for a great product

    The description did not state it was for 12 inch dolls, not 18 inch when all I searched for in the search bar was 18 inch dollhouses.

    Didn't say in the description that it's only for 12 inch dolls, not 18 inch which my search was for 18 inch doll house. I ordered it late at night, buT had a bad feeling so I searched for the same dollhouse to make sure it was for 18 inch dolls. I found it was for 12 inch dolls and I tried to cancel within the first twelve hours and he said it was already shipped by 2am when I ordered it at like 8pm the night before. He refused to cancel the order even though he takes refunds. Anyway I am disabled so when the packages came they were heavy! How could I return that. Also I ordered that same day (after I found out about the house only being for 12 inch dolls) and found an 18 inch dollhouse. Well both doll houses came to the house the same day and I thought it was just my new one and ended ...

    Cheaply manufactured

    Dollhouse pre designed wood was scuffed up, and scratched. Because the wood is printed on at the factory, with pictures of rooms. Instructions are fairly easy, but do not tell you which bolts go where, so you have to color match them to the rooms.Takes3-4 hours plus to assemble with 2 people. About 4 ft tall when put together, at highest roof point. Kidcraft refused to cover damages because every piece had a scuff, scratch or gouge into it. Said they would replace certain damaged parts only. Ha! I'm never ordering again! Sturdy product, but very cheaply made, worth $50-$60 top dollar.

    Good quality and durabable

    Easy to put together, didn't take as long as some reviews stated. Only complaint about this product is the pool. Kids are kids so the pool could be made out of a plastic material or coated so that water maybe placed in the pool without compromising the product and possibly the pool could be totally separate and not attached, like the furniture. Other than that, it's great!! Was purchased for granddaughters birthday and thats the only compaint she had about it.
