It was as described, delivered quicker than was stated and price was so reasonable. No surprises.. which is a good thing. Only thing, and no fault until you know now.. but just a suggestion.. place orders in plastic as we were having a heavy rainy day and the box was soaked but I got it just before it started to reach the toy box. A small spot on the inside was wet.

Beautiful item and very loved by the children. Item arrived in perfect working condition, really well packaged in layers of bubblewrap to avoid damage of the fragile item. Snowglobe was exactly as described and as photographs provided. Posted the same/next day after ordering. Postage costs are high but can be appreciated due to postage from overseas to the UK. Did not incur a customs and duty charge. Overall very please with purchase and service. Thank you.
