Photo implied I was getting a "5-pack" of flash drives, so I wasn't that happy when my package only had 1. I initiated a return for a refund, and was given a refund AND informed I could keep the 1 item. It was not my intent to try and get a "free" item, but this was probably a fair resolution to my situation. As this was a small–dollar wise–purchase, it likely would have cost me close to the entirety of my "refund" to return the item. Not entirely satisfied, but treated fairly. 😎
