I bought the Neptune 4 Max, the machine Runs how it should everything works. one thing is one of the z axis lead screws is warped. but I kind of expected that out of a used item. it is however kind of hard to find one for it. the machine came with the wrong Flash on it. Like I said I got the pro max but it came with the Neptune 4 PLUS on it. Again, no big deal Flashing the Board Is not hard at all. very pleased with the machine and would buy again. just some kinks to work out.

Awesome buy. Awesome service. Very helpful and responsive. The shipping was extremely fast. Less than 2 days and it was on my porch. The unit I received was in new condition. The pei bed sheet was brand new even the extruder still had the white filament in it from the factory. It was a new unit minus the blue handled clippers lol. If I wasn’t running out of room to put printers I wouldn’t hesitate buying more from here

Ordered a Used / Warranty Printer and it was shipped within a couple of hours of ordering. Expected the worst being used but I was happily surprised. Came in the original OEM box and the original Elegoo packaging is awesome. Everything was secured perfectly.
Printer had all of the parts to put together. Personal note inside was also nice which stated to call them directly for assistance on build if needed. Printer was pretty clean and fully functional as advertised.

For a used product, it came in the original box and was packed perfectly. I was beginning to think they sent me a brand new unit until I saw the build plate was used. I would give this seller 20 positive reviews if I could. The price seemed too good compared to everything else online, but it was a completely legit product, (Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro), and it arrived in great timing. What is amazing is that I had some issues with the printer, (self-inflicted), but their customer support is top of the line. I sent them pictures and someone texted me back the exact information that I needed with pictures in response. Above and beyond, especially at such a cheap price
