Here is your photo of the destroyed 5 insulators. Lots of crumbly pieces that cannot be glued ever! I glued one chipped one and the other one has a sharp edge left on it. Sorry that it took me awhile to figure out how to retrieve the photo. I only asked you for $15. When I called eBay, they put it for a full refund. Not my call. I did not pay for the shipping. You did. Also, it isn't the Post Office's fault for the damage. You did not pack them properly and mark them as fragile.
