An outstanding Wacom tablet that I have never believed that it exists.
I bought the 2nd Generation Cintiq 21ux in order to be able to produce digital drawings and paintings. I must say that it is probably the best thing that I have ever bought for my computer. The screen, which is also the active area, is huge! I have expected it to be smaller, but I was happily wrong. Being able to draw directly on such a large screen has never been so helpful and convenient that it feels so natural. People have been suggesting for artists to start with Wacom's more reasonably priced tablets such as the Bamboo or Intuos and then get the Cintiq when one has the money. But I beg to differ and say save for the Cintiq! It really does save money when you don't buy the other models and does save you time by not forcing you to get used to drawing on an active ... The only problem I have with it is that it heats up since it is an interactive monitor. Other than that, you really get used to it. The customizable express keys are a great asset whether I am drawing or not and make great shortcuts for tool access and programs. Compared to the other Wacom tablets not in the Cintiq line, I have to say that this is the best tablet as many others have said before me. It lets you create natural strokes, the screen is the active area and really gives you freedom for natural arm movements, especially since it rotates much like an actual sketchbook. The Cintiq is by far the most amazing tablet that has been made. There are those who say that it is pointless for non-artists to buy the Cintiq since it is mainly used by artists. It isn't for everyone, but it can be put to good use for anyone, especially the express buttons. Overall, the Second Generation Cintiq 21ux is such an outstanding tablet that there aren't too many synonyms to describe it. It doesn't disappoint and I would be completely surprised if it did. Highly recommended for any artist with money and highly recommend the artist to save money for it. For non-artist, I wouldn't recommend it, but it is quite a thing to get and wouldn't be pointless and useless if one finds ways!

The buttons could be more interestingly, and intuitively designed, but that's just me nit-picking. This helped my boost productivity and speed, and has been working very well for me.
