Item was as expected and packed well enough for transit without damage however the experience with this seller was a negative one. Upon submitting an offer for the bowl the seller was very rude and claimed that my offer of $4 dollars off of the asking price of $18 was by their words “insulting”. I bought the item anyways as my mother was wanting it as a replacement. I would not buy from this seller again due to their lack of customer service etiquette.
