I never received response so I contacted again and still nothing. I contacted eBay for assistance in resolution. I was refunded my total amount for the purchase so this is resolved. I’m not trying to slam seller just disappointed my purchase arrived damaged. I could see the item was as described in listing. With a little care packing this could have been avoided

    dont buy one of these, they fail after minimal use!

    the case did not fit smoothly when I recd it but it was low cost so I decided no problem. now the white indicater light is non stop blinking and no way to shut it off and when u go to text it automatically leaves the texting feature and shuts phone down...I think I was sold a refurb or a phone that was rejected for retail resale

    Really good for the price.

    I was replacing a broken Iphone. So this phone had some big shoes to full. It failed miserably. Obviously this phone cannot equal a $500+ phone. But it did provide everything I did need without being a piece of junk, and it looks nice. It's operating system really has no lag, and does everything it says that it can do. For the price it was the right choice for me.
