    Very nice extremely adjustable. I'm a very big guy (6' 2" 260lbs), and it let's out enough to fit me. Now doing so does expose the rough side of velcro, but it's nothing a soft fabric sleeve or a soft velcro strip, or a collared shirt won't correct. Very comfortable once adjusted. As person with back issues it makes a very nice back brace also. The only things it needs is a molle chest holster for a back up hand gun, or a velcro backed holster for a back up handgun, and the molle strap for knife

    This particular vest and level 3 plates can be heavy on you if your not use to the weight I would say get the lighter plates but other than that this product is very good the plates come in the vest already so you don’t have to do it all you would have to do is tighten/loosen it to your desire
