Good communication from seller such a shame about the courier company that they use. Alloys advertised as 48hr delivery service but unfortunately they took a week to arrive, the alloys were needed as soon as possible so it was very annoying that they didn’t come in time.
Would have been nice for the £30 courier service I paid for to be refunded as I didn’t receive this 48hr service. Sadly wouldn’t use this seller again due to the awful courier company. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

Jim’s communication was faultless until the alloys arrived he also followed up with the courier himself to see what the delay was. Jim has offered to refund my postage costs due to this delay which has made things easier for me rather than go through the courier themselves.
