    My customer loves it - but why no port for RAM upgrade??? Serious lack of thinking there.

    I have the same one...but with 16GB of RAM upgrade. It took over 30 screws and a compete teardown. Which is why I took it to a local store that advertises "All ram upgrades $20 to $25. I am a Network engineer, but I just didn't want the aggravation of tearing a laptop completely down. I gave the techan extra $5.00 tip, which turned his frown upside down. He said it was the most difficult ram upgrade he ever did. So, if you are going to buy it...and upgrade the RAM...go for the Maximum RAM that will work inn the machine, With that said, it is super-fast, can run multiple apps with no problem, and a 500 GB hard drive is just fine with me. I never came close to filling 250GB on my last unit. Which exploded as soon as I rebuilt it for my daughter. Lenovo SUCKS.
