    Recipes from Upscale bakeries

    This is a beautiful book full of recipes and pictures. Most dishes can be found in Upscale bakeries only. The author gave us very detailed recipes with lots of fool proof tips for the best results. The book is now rare selling lot more than for the suggested retail price but it is still worth it for the professional (some not so professional bakers). However the beginner bakers might find this book a bit complicated, but the author gave enough tips to make you understand it. With little effort the beginners too can make great desserts stated in the book. Overall - if you collect cookbooks or a professional / enthusiastic baker this book is a must have for you.

    Beautiful book- Great recipes

    This is a beautiful book, the pictures make you hungry. This is one of my favorite cookbooks. The recipes take a little time, some take less time than others, but overall this is a great cookbook. Would also make a wonderful gift for someone who loves to bake.
