Great product -- only difficulty is purely personal because I am 74 female and weak from recent illness -- hard for me to pick up a full bin of water -- two handles would be easier than the one large one - but I contrive because the machine is so good -- I have used these types of machines for decades and this is the best of them -- no icing -- large capacity container -- it is really convenient -- I am the except at less than 80 lbs who has difficult lifting anything, I have gone to emptying the water in a bucket and emptying it a bucket at a time -- I am so please with its operation. I have purchased a second one -- I like it so much.
