The shipping was fast. But the item arrived in what looks to be pre-owned packaging. The cover will not remain closed on the base. Now I am going to have to contact Butler Creek and see how to correct this situation. Not very happy, as the item appears to be in used condition. I just took it out of the mail box 10 minutes ago. You can see in the photo the cover does not meet up with the rim. This probably why it was used/returned.
