The laptop they sent me was not as described and the speakers did not work, but they contacted me and did everything possible to solve the problem, in the end I stayed with the laptop they sent me, it was nothing serious, but I had to send it in for repair, but after that it works very well, and it cost me just ten dollars.

As described, packed well and shipped very quickly. Unfortunately the box was crushed and otherwise handled roughly by the shipper and as a result damaged the tray door of the printer. Still works, but I need to tape the tray closed. Seller was super responsive and offered a partial refund to compensate.
