You can obviously tell it’s used bc it has small scratches but it isn’t a big deal for me. I liked how it came with written instructions on how to reset it even for different airpod generations!     NOT APPLE AIR PODS

    They are not Apple. When I tried to sync to my iPad it took a while. I finally got them to sync and now every time I go to use them I have to sync again. The cord included with the product does not work so I could not charge case. I tried it on my wireless charger and that does not work as well. None of my Apple cords fit the case. I took them to Apple to get a charger and was told that they are not Apple AirPods. I guess the old saying to true. Never trust what you think is a good deal.

    Connect and install on my I Phone was as simple as a couple of clicks, so straight foreword. They fit my ears perfectly out of the box, extra tips are included. The sound is far soupier to the other three brands I have tried. It was nice while waiting at the dentist office, listing to music, seated under the TV that was on, the TV was not noticeable as in blocked completely, very nice. These are also less massive that the Sony buds that died on me. Yes I am pleased.

    The item itself is almost brand new, it still has warranty until April 2026. The quality of this product AirPods Max with USB-C charging is as expected. It is the first time I have this, it is heavy. I had Bose QC and was lighter. The Noise cancelling on this phones are also great. I couldn't wait to test it on a plane.
