They asked to make a payment within ~hour of accepting my offer through one of my own listings, but they never responded to my messages regarding the delayed shipment / status. The item was listed as "perfect" but what I received was defective and not working. The packaging was barely adequate. I was at least able to return the item for a refund.

    easy to navigate, the help icon is very helpful, fits nicely in my hand, i did get a cover with grips since i'm not used to holding a smart phone, good quality pictures, lots of memory, happy with my first smart phone

    Sturdy, long battery life

    This is a slightly larger phone than my Droid Mini, but is easy to grip, has a great screen resolution and a battery life that appears to be about 4 times greater than my 2-year-old Droid Mini. 4G reception is excellent. I am very pleased with this phone.
