I never received response so I contacted again and still nothing. I contacted eBay for assistance in resolution. I was refunded my total amount for the purchase so this is resolved. I’m not trying to slam seller just disappointed my purchase arrived damaged. I could see the item was as described in listing. With a little care packing this could have been avoided

    Great if you want to upgrade your HTC

    I had an HTC EVO shift that was showing its age so I upgraded to this phone. It is easy to navigate, a better size, and familiar enough that I was able to use it without studying a manual. I think it was a very good value compared to a new phone from Sprint, and has excellent battery life.

    Not that great

    Unimpressive at best. Slow to get moving. Spotty connections for wifi and with the wifi turned off it is difficult to use my mobile data plan. Built in HTC everything seems to eat up a lot of the space on the phone and no way to disable most of it. Since I don't use many of the preloaded programs many of them are a waste of space, but even after I uninstall all the updates or disable these programs, the phone still updates them and returns them to active... Actually, spend the very little extra money and by anything else. Even the M9 would be a better option. This phone is horribly slow, loaded down with un-needed apps and it just kind of doesn't sound all that well either. It has this weird built in "beats" type system that sounds about as good as my AM radio. Nothing special. Skip this ...

    Awesome battery life

    I just came off of an 8 year old blackberry. This was WAY advanced for me but so easy to learn how to use. Love the sound coming from it. Perfect size, great screen. I do wish it was a bit brighter. But I love this phone. Perfect

    Great Phone - Terrible Battery Life

    Battery "dies" with anywhere from 15% to 25% "life" left. As soon as you plug charger in it starts working again, but with the same false reading. Battery is removable, technically, but you have to be a brain surgeon just get the phone apart and put back together. HORRIBLE design!

    I did not release that getting a unlocked phone doesn't mean certain things won't work. Like wifi hotspot and mobile date. The mobile data part was easy to fix just put in APN network id for bell and worked. The wifi hotspot was hard had to root phone then add rom for HTC phone untouched on and worked. The only problem with this is that I can't do system updates on my phone now. Also my phone usb connection is a little finicky but I suspect that is just dependent on the phone. Anyway works good and now that I have wifi hotspot I can't complain.
