Good Marine 2-Part Epoxy - can be applied Underwater
Besides being a Marine Grade 2-part Epoxy, White in color = good for many parts of any boat or watercraft, this stuff can actually be applied & cured underwater. Ran some tests on various materials and it works. After being mixed if you immediately take some underwater to apply, little bits of it does separate in the water but it works.

Premium water epoxy..the best imo..
Best water related epoxy I've ever used..fixed my old galvanized water pipe that had a 2 inch crack in it..no leaks at all! Let it set up overnight, rock hard next day..and had no problems..mix it evenly & clean the area your bonding.. would highly recommend!..
