Received a monitor with screen defect out of the box and was advised to utilize the warranty process to address it. While the monitor is still functional, I would think an item straight out of the box would be replaced instead of being advised to sent it in for fixing. But, as the saying goes, “you get what you pay for”; so I really don’t have a leg to stand on to complain.
