the ring unfortunately came in damaged through no fault of the seller. it would have been beautiful and was exactly as described. i contacted the seller about the damage cause by shipping and they were really great about making it right. they offered a refund or replacement for me and only asked for the picture (im sure so they can claim it with the shipper). i will definitely use this company again due to the outstanding customer service.

Great seller! There was a little bit of an issue with the shipping cost and when I said I really wanted the bag, he figured out a way to ship it so that I didn't have to pay any more for shipping. I appreciate that he went the extra mile.
It arrived quickly and the bag is great. It's brand new and still has the plastic on the handles, and it's exactly what I was looking for.
