    After receiving a damaged package and leaving feedback the seller reached out and offered to send a new unit. I took my chances with the original one hoping the DVR itself would be ok. Luckily the contents were not crushed. It works as hoped. I appreciate the seller offering to send out a replacement but I’m also glad my job was able to go forward without the added delay. Seller also took my feedback about inadequate packaging for future sales. Thank you for offering to fix the situation!
