I cannot say enough good things about this seller. I cannot say the same for USPS. The items (martini glasses) were exactly what we wanted and they were packed well with "Fragile" posted all over the box. When the package got to our house it looked like it had been attacked with a sledge hammer and one of the glasses was broken. Even a wooden crate wouldn't have protected the glasses! I let the seller know and they immediately refunded the entire amount even tho it wasn't an entire loss.
